Staff Biographies:

Frank Washam, CEO and Owner

Frank has been in the metal business since 1970. Starting in the metal distribution business, which he did for 10 years. Frank has been in metal fabrication for 30 years. He has extensive experience in almost every phase of metal fabrication and custom design. In 1995, Frank and Chris started Advanced Metal Products, Inc. Email at fwamp@bellsouth.net

Chris Jones, President and Owner

Chris has been in the metal business since 1984. Chris’ experience is vast, starting on the shop floor and working his way to the Shop Foreman position at a previous company. In 1995, Chris and Frank started Advanced Metal Products, Inc.  Email at admp@bellsouth.net

Neil Pate, Vice President

Neil has been in the metal fabrication business since 1997 starting on our shop floor. In 2020, Neil became Vice President and currently is part of our sales and engineering staff and handles many of our larger clients. Email at neilpate@bellsouth.net

Mike Bailey, Vice President

Mike has been in the metal fabrication business since 1989 and with AMP since 2002. Mike started in the shop and moved into sales and engineering in 2005. Mike is the Architectural Expert for AMP and also handles most of our construction related projects. Mike became Vice President in 2020. Email at mbamp@bellsouth.net

Todd Crawford, Sales and Engineering

Todd has been in the metal fabrication business since 1985 and with Advanced Metal Products since 1995. Todd is responsible for our pipe fabrication. Email at toddcrawford@bellsouth.net

Alan Moore, Sales and Engineering

Alan started with AMP in 1995 and has been involved in all aspects of our manufacturing, including machining, fabrication and assembly. Email at alanm@bellsouth.net

Jay Jones, Sales and Engineering

Lisa Mejia, Office Manager
